WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU FIRST JOIN US
How Our Classes Are Conducted:
You will experience Personalised Training in a Group Setting (1 Trainer to 4-8 Clients) and a relatively sweat-free, full body workout with our signature Super Chill Workouts®. Our workouts are governed by a mathematical algorithm - the GET® formula. We train with our bare feet!
At The Very Beginning:
Our certified trainers will conduct a complimentary transformation session with you. This includes establishing your goals and objectives followed by your fitness assessment (i.e. previous experiences, injuries and/or medical history). The assigned trainer will also allocate to you the appropriate support you need to help you achieve your goals.
During The Workout Session:
Your exercises will conducted in a small group setting. At the start of each workout session, you will receive an global overview of what your training will entail. This includes what muscle groups, joints and parts of the body you will be targeting. At different sessions, you will work on a combination of mobility, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. On top of that, you will also work on your cardiovascular health, and endurance.
Now that you are on your plan, your trainer will evaluate your process once every 8 weeks. This will allow for your plan to be tailor-made according to your transformation process.
TYPES OF CLASSES WE OFFER
CALISTHENICS & WEIGHTS
The Calisthenics and Weights Class focuses on strength-training, overall muscle tone and honing the neurophysiological (mind-body) connection using bodyweight training and free weights.
POSTURE MOBILITY FLEXIBILITY (PMF)
TThis class focuses on working on better postures and increasing your flexibility to allow for pain-free moment. This class will challenge your range of motion (ROM) with mobility drills and help you improve your posture with flexibility drills. It's great for anyone, especially if you have a desk-bound job.
Work on conditioning (strength+cardio+endurance) because you need to possess some level of fitness to fend off aggressors. Techniques will be taught for you to defend yourself in an attack. Learn to hone your instincts during an emergency where your fight or flight response kicks in.
Our unique personal training sessions are in a 1-trainer-to-1-client format over 60mins. This is the class where you receive the most amount of attention to get to where you want to be. You may bring along a partner to work out with you if you prefer having a loved one for company!
Our Seniors’ version of the Strength Class is a progressive, gentle and safe class that helps you live your life without those age-related aches and pains. We feature highly effective bodyweight movements and weights training exercises that will strengthen your joints and muscles to slow down the process of ageing.
PMF stands for Posture, Mobility and Flexibility. The Seniors’ version focuses more on helping you move well and being pain-free. The class will feature flexibility and mobility exercises that will help you regain your ability to move well and make daily tasks such as grocery shopping and playing with the grandkids easier.
