What is Weights Training?


At The Brave Shapes Co., we teach weights using these timeless modalities:

Barbells - Powerlifting The Big Five: - Squat, Deadlifts, Rows, Bench Press and Military Press

Dumbbells - For isolation and bodybuilding style training

Kettlebells - using the Russian Kettlebell System for functional fitness training


How It Works:

After your first class, we will consult you on your goals. From there, we will choose the best exercises that will match your goals. 

Safety is our highest priority, and we teach weights with a deliberately slow and gentle pace to prevent injuries.
